FRAMMENTI corrono ginocchia
sbucciate 7"/10"
Slide The Needle webzine
Ok, I don't speak French or Italian but I was diggin this record. I gotta
say it again though, why am I reviewing records from 3 years ago? Is the
mail system really that bad? All bad jokes aside, this may be worth the
3 year wait. Good straight ahead mathy rock songs. Not being able to understand
the lyrics made it difficult at times when I assume they're trying to
be artistic and serious, (oh, you know what I'm talking about) and I couldn't
help improvising my own lyrics ("pass the broccoli", "this toast is cold"
etc, you get the idea) It's pretty in line with today's pop punk style
constructs (verse-chorus-verse-bridge- etc) but had good energy and great
dynamics. Add an acoustic track to taste. Makes me wish I could speak
a foreign language.

Upbeat melodic emotive stuff. Lots of energy in this music, the singing
is done very well too. They do screaming yet still singing style. Lyrics
in italian.

Melodic and generally quick with good singing, Frammenti offer up an emotive
7" filled with their blend of emo and hardcore and acoustic ballads. Very
emo.

I got this great batch of Italian punk and hardcore records from Andrea
Pomini in Torino. This one has huge production and is very, very reminiscent
of Verbal Assault. Catchy as hell.

Catchphraze Records mailorder
Upbeat
and catchy punk from Italy that is not typical by any means. Includes
a 16 page booklet filled with lyrics, writings (in both English and Italian),
as well as some amazing artwork. A very moving release to say the least.

Velocity and melody, screaming and talking, four different ways in
four different songs. Just take the first song to pieces: you've got the
melodic sensibilities of Kina, the vocals and guitars reminding of Fluxus,
the singing that becomes speaking and lets some Massimo Volume uneasiness
emerge. Everything in just one song. The acoustic track at the end made
me think of "Serenitư di un attimo" by Negazione. Important italian names,
I guess it has to mean something.

Er
.!!
some
kinda Italian hybrid of Rocket From the Crypt and Sonic Youth! Three nice
loud bouncy ones and a crappy acoustic effort! Plus through out the singer
is emoting heavily in Italian! For all I know he could be singing about
child molestation! Learn the language!

Punk Planet magazine
Four songs of emo hardcore with lyrics in italian, but lyric sheet
contains english translations. Sounds pretty personal.
